TFC Membership

The Freedom Center for the Creative Arts serves as an extracurricular service for youth and adults, promoting and preserving the creative arts. Through the use of the vehicles of dance, drama, music, and visual arts, we foster a Christian environment that promotes the gifts and talents of a diverse group of people, who will train towards making a contribution to their community and the world.

Teacher Work Days

Musical Mondays

In music, students will learn about harmony, melody, and rhythm elements of music. They will also learn composition, song writing, and ear training. Students will become familiar with instrument families.

Tutu Tuesdays

In movement, students will discover the different ways their body moves, whether through stretch, exercise, or learng various movement techniques in dance, martial arts, or fitness.

Watercolor Wednesdays

In art, students will explore techniques like beading, coloring, chalk art, puzzles, tissue papering, painting, and cutting, and building.

Theater Thursdays

In drama, students will explore the 4 major emotions. They will learn how those emotions appear in everyday life, in music, and in theatre.

Film Fridays

What a joy to be able to watch box office blockbusters right in the comfort of "The Demi Theatre in The Grande Room". This happens right after students present weekly show & tell!
